Meet the Pastor
Rev. Jacob Orr currently serves as Pastor of Bennettsville Second Baptist Church. He received Christ as Savior in January 1992 and has served in children’s and family ministry for 25 years. He has been married to his wife Sarah for 18 years. They have 3 children: Philip Bryen (15), Bannen (14), and Truly (11). Jacob regularly blogs on his personal website and loves teaching the Word of God to people of all ages.
Meet the Worship Director
Alex Davis serves as our bi-vocational part-time Worship Director. Alex is a gifted musician playing multiple instruments, including guitar, keys, and drums. He has previously served on worship teams in both his hometown of Gastonia, NC and Harrisonburg, VA. He and his wife, Allison, just celebrated their 2nd wedding anniversary. Alex is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Worship Ministry from Liberty University.
